Sweetworx offers a range of confectionery products including sweets, candy, and treats that may include:
Factory damaged packaging (but fully sealed and safe)
Cut-off or surplus items
Bulk mixed selections
All items are within their Best Before Date and suitable for consumption. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual items may vary in packaging or presentation.
2. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our business and the product categories we sell:
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, unless the item is not within its Best Before Date.
Please ensure that you review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Product Condition Disclosure
By purchasing from Sweetworx, you acknowledge and accept that:
Some items may have slightly damaged packaging or be cut-off stock.
All products are sold as-is, but are safe and within their best-before periods.
You understand this may include non-retail standard packaging.
We are transparent about our value offering and aim to bring you sweets at a more affordable price without compromising safety.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card, EFT, or other approved options.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully received.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes may vary by location. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
6. Liability
Sweetworx is not liable for:
Allergic reactions due to unknown food allergies (please read labels carefully).
Damage or loss once the product has been delivered or collected.
Any indirect loss or consequence arising from the use or purchase of our products.
